Photo of the pet(s)

Description of the background if different from the photo.

Desired portrait size

Deadline: The date you would like to receive the portrait if there is a time
constraint

Mailing address

Please Note:
All pet portraits are traditionally painted with watercolor and gouache paint.
Price is $15 per hour
Payment is required when you approve of the final product and before I deliver
the product.  
I accept PayPal, Venmo, cash, check and credit via Square.

Please do not request the subjects to be displaying anything representing
controversial subjects.
